As of the beginning of March 2026, Ms Desislava Krasteva and Mr Milen Minchev stepped down from the Board of Directors and simultaneously Ms Krasteva resigned from her role as CEO.

At the same time, Mr Albert Loacker and Mr Moritz Blasy have joined the Board of Directors. Mr. Loacker has also assumed the role of CEO.

Furthermore, Mr Amin Gerber has joined the management team of AFES AG. Over the course of the year, he will hand over his current role as Managing Director for Switzerland to a successor.
