From January to October the Albanian market expanded by 16.5% y-o-y, reaching ALL 15.7 billion (EUR 129.4 million), SeeNews reports with reference to the official figures.

Non-life segment increased by 15.7% to ALL 14.6 billion in the period, while the life insurance segment grew by 24.5% to ALL 1.15 million, according to figures published by the Albanian Financial Supervisory Authority (AFSA).

At the same time, the market paid claim decreased to ALL 5.6 billion (vs ALL 6.2 billion in January-October 2020).
