The newly formed group will support AON's network of Managing General Agents (MGAs) and Managing General Underwriters (MGUs) by delivering innovative products, streamlining transaction processes, and providing access to new sources of risk capital.
Karl HENNESSY brings more than 25 years of global insurance market experience and most recently served as President of AON Broking.
He will work with carriers as well as broking leaders and reinsurance colleagues to develop AON's strategy for MGAs and MGUs.
Based in London, Karl HENNESSY will report to Michael O'Connor, co-President of AON.
In addition, Andy JENN, currently COO of AON Broking, will transition to COO for the Carrier Solutions group.
