The winner was determined by respondents of a survey organized by the "National Trust Council, which embraced 1,600 households in Yerevan, Gyumri, Vanadzor and other cities with a population of more than 50 thousand.
"I have said repeatedly that the key to our success is that we are constantly learning from our own mistakes and from failures of other large companies. We also learn from our customers, striving to meet all their demands," INGO Armenia head, Levon Altunian said at the awarding ceremony.
"This prize is a big responsibility for us, and we must make every effort to prove that it is not a random win. We will try to repeat this achievement the next year ", Altunian said.
National Trust Council head Astghik Khachatryan noted that the winners were selected in 34 nominations, including Best Employer of the Year, Best Business Lady of the Year and Best Mayor of the Year.
Some 75 percent of INGO Armenia is owned by Russian Ingosstrakh and the rest by Levon Altunian.
