For the second year in a row, LIGA Insurance tops the list of major taxpayers in Armenia among insurance companies. According to the State Revenue Committee data for January-December 2024, LIGA Insurance ranks 453^rd (vs 384^th a year earlier) on the list, having paid AMD 734.7 million (~EUR 1.92 million) to the state budget, ArmInfo reports.

Nairi Insurance is in second place among insurance companies and ranks 508^th on the list (vs 521^st in 2023), having paid AMD 653.7 million to the state budget. It is followed by INGO, which is in 659^th place on this list (vs 580^th a year earlier), and paid AMD 513.4 million to the state budget.

According to the Committee, only 3 out of 7 operating insurance companies are on the list of Armenia's largest taxpayers, just like a year earlier. Insurance companies reduced tax payments in 2024 by 4.5% - to AMD 1.9 billion (~EUR 4.96 million).

Armenia Insurance, Sil Insurance, REGO Insurance and EFES were not included in the list of large taxpayers based on the results for 2024.
