In January-October 2025, Azerbaijani insurance companies collected AZN 1.256 billion (~EUR 0.64 billion), which indicates a 12.9% increase y-o-y, ABC.AZ reports, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

Total paid claims in the reporting period amounted to AZN 772.6 million (~EUR 392.18 million), which is 24.2% more y-o-y.

Insurers collected AZN 954.64 million in voluntary insurance in January-October of this year, which, according to the Central Bank, is 15.1% more than during the same period in 2024.

Total paid claims in voluntary insurance reached AZN 651.76 million, which is 27.7% more y-o-y, the source said.
