The Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund under the Central Bank will select an insurer on a competitive basis.

According to the Fund, selection will be made by means of Request of Proposals for three lots: car insurance, insurance for civil liability of administrative building operation or its compulsory insurance, medical insurance for the Fund's staff.
