The question, at this point, is when and not if the European standards are assimilated in this area in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, according to Alexandra STORR.

Currently, the maximum value of compensations for body injuries or death ranges from EUR 0.6 million in Poland, up to EUR 9 million in England. In fact, except the Czech Republic, all countries in Central and Eastern Europe have not yet exceeded the threshold of EUR 1 million per event.
