Arkadiusz GESICKI was appointed managing Director for Business Development at PZU, responsible for the Strategy and Design Office and the Business Development Office.

Arkadiusz GESICKI has over 14 years of experience in strategic consulting, acquired by working for financial institutions. In 2013, he joined the McKinsey team, after nine years (2004-2013) within the Boston Consulting Group. He is a graduate of the Lodz University of Technology, also studying at the Business School at the University of Central England. As part of his current career in consulting companies, Arkadiusz GESICKI also implemented projects for PZU.
