A year ago the company had rebranding and changed its name from GARANTIA to IMKLIVA Insurance. "Our company was founded in 1994 in Mozyr. At that time no one was thinking about marketing, image and PR. Therefore, 25 years ago the name GARANTIA sounded confident both for our clients and for us", explained the Director of IMKLIVA Insurance, Andrey KHORUNZHY. In 2016 the company developed a new brand to attract potential clients and highlight among competitors. Its new name means "swiftness" and is demonstrating the insurer's business philosophy.
In 2018 the company launched a new insurance product that provides protection against possible risks for apartment owners and country real estate, combined in one insurance policy. Within a year IMKLIVA doubled the number of its partners, began to cooperate with major tour operators and car dealers. As of today, the company's insurance products can be purchased via more than 460 sales points of partners throughout the country, as KHORUNZHY explained. In order to ensure high service quality, in 2018 IMKLIVA established a new Insurance claim settlement center in Minsk, which allowed to speed up the customer service.
In 2018 the number of insurance contracts of the company increased by 45% y-o-y. Based on 2018 results, IMKLIVA is the leader among private insurance companies in terms of GWP and ranks 4th in terms of profit. The rebranding results were presented by the company at the Brand of the Year competition and the insurer won a gold medal in the Rebranding category as well as received the main award of the competition - Grand-Prix in the professional category.
