On September 24, 2025, following a recruitment process, the PZU SA Supervisory Board adopted a resolution appointing Bogdan Benczak to the company's Management Board, entrusting him with the position of CEO of PZU SA, subject to the approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the company announced.

Pending approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the Supervisory Board entrusted Bogdan Benczak with performing the duties of CEO of PZU SA to the extent permitted by applicable regulations. The appointment is effective from September 25, 2025, for three full financial years from 2023 to 2025.

"My goals are to restore PZU to its undisputed leadership position in the insurance market, implement the clearly defined goals set in the strategy, and transform our organizational culture so that everyone associated with our company is proud to work for us", said Bogdan Benczak.
