According to Bojan Popović, President of the Association of Insurance Companies of the Republic of Srpska, which is the organizer of DORS, this event is important as it focuses on current topics for the industry and development of the insurance market through introduction of new products, new types of insurance and finding new distribution channels.
"After the first Insurance Days and discussion on voluntary health insurance, many companies quickly launched this product on the market. After the second Insurance Days, we can say that a breakthrough was made in insurance in the field of agriculture and the number of insured persons in this area has been constantly growing since then. This event significantly affects growth and progress of the entire insurance market, in all types of insurance. What is certain is that DORS encourages companies to think about how to improve their business through development of other types of insurance and how to bring it as close as possible to potential customers", said Popović.
