Burkhard Gantenbein has been elected as Chairman of the UNIQA Insurance Group AG Supervisory Board (SB) following the Annual General Meeting held on 6 June 2023.

Burkhard Gantenbein, who has been a Supervisory Board member of UNIQA Insurance Group AG since 2017, succeeds Walter Rothensteiner as Chairman.

Walter Rothensteiner has held this position for the past eleven years, before that he was a Supervisory Board member since 1995 and is now retiring from the Supervisory Board due to the statutory age limit.

Rudolf Konighofer, General Director of Raiffeisenlandesbank Burgenland, has been newly elected to the Supervisory Board.
