GWP of Croatia-based insurers rose 12.37% y-o-y for the period from January
to July in 2021, reaching HRK 7.393 billion (EUR 986 million), the Croatian Insurance Bureau informed.
In the first seven months of the year, the non-life segment increased by
12.08%, to HRK 5.597 billion, the Insurance Bureau said in its statement. At
that, life segment went up 11.06% y-o-y, reaching HRK 1.797 billion.
By the end of July, there were 15 insurers registered in Croatia operating
on the market.
