"Our goal, with the help of leading global consultants, is to prepare the company for listing on one of the world bourses in 2018," Adris Grupa said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
Zagreb-listed Adris Grupa plans to invest over 4 billion kuna ($581.6 million/527.2 million euro) in the 2016-2018 period in order to increase the valuation of its existing operations, it added.
