The merger of the Cypriot insurance companies of the Eurobank Group was completed on 10 October 2025, with the transfer of all insurance portfolios, assets and liabilities of Hellenic Life Insurance Company Limited and Pancyprian Insurance Limited to ERB Cyprialife Limited and ERB Asfalistiki Limited respectively, as Eurobank Limited announced, insuranceforum.gr reports.

This merger creates two very strong insurance companies: ERB Cyprialife in the Life and Health sector and ERB Asfalistiki in the General Insurance Sector. With many years of experience, specialized know-how and recognized reliability, ERB Cyprialife and ERB Asfalistiki, members of the largest bancassurance organization in Cyprus, are further strengthened, continuing to play a leading role in the Cypriot insurance sector and provide comprehensive solutions for every insurance need.
