Changes in the Supervisory Board of Generali Polska

At the end of April, due to the expiry of the three-year contract, Andrea Simoncelli resigns from the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of insurance companies of Generali Polska, as the company informed here.

Therefore, his duties will be taken over by Manlio Lostuzzi, head of the Central and Eastern Europe Region of Generali International. In addition, the composition of the Supervisory Boards will be strengthened by the addition of Patricia Espirito Santo, Head of HR and Organization at Generali International.

Manlio Lostuzzi, Head of Central and Eastern Europe, Generali International, said: "I would like to thank Andrea for his years at Generali and his contribution to the development of our companies in Poland and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe. During his tenure, Generali strengthened its position and presence in Poland, entering new areas of activity, such as agricultural insurance through the acquisition of Concordia and strengthening its position in Asset Management, through the acquisition of Union Investment TFI and through the acquisition of the MetLife pension portfolio for Generali PTE."
