Dr. Günter Geyer announced that he will no longer be available as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) at the end of his current mandate.

His term of office will end on May 24, 2024 with the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders resolving on the 2023 financial year.

Over many years, Dr. Günter Geyer has played a key role in the development of Vienna Insurance Group into the leading insurance group in Central and Eastern Europe.

The election of the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board will take place at the constituent meeting of the Supervisory Board following the Annual General Meeting on May 24, 2024.
