After the certification process has been completed, Croatia osiguranje implemented the Employer Partner certificate, being the first insurance company to have obtained this prestigious certificate at the end of December.

Croatia osiguranje operates within the Adris Group and is focused on strategic planning of human resources management, quality design and implementation of the process for the selection of candidates for vacancies. In this regard, the company had not issue in obtaining the certificate, after passing the analysis of the 5 key HR areas: HR strategy, recruitment and selection processes, employee performance management, employee training and development, and employee relations.
