CROATIA Osiguranje's Supervisory Board appointed, on 30 January, Davor TOMASKOVIC as a member of the Management Board. Upon completion of the prescribed procedure and regulatory approvals, the Supervisory Board will appoint Davor TOMASKOVIC as President of the company's Board.

The current President of the Management Board, Damir VANELJIC, was proposed to become a member of the Adris Group - CROATIA Osiguranje's parent group - Management Board, depending on the Advisory Advisory Committee's decision. He will also be proposed for becoming a member of the Supervisory Board of CROATIA Osiguranje. Damir VANELJIC was appointed President of the Croatian top insurer in October 2016, after a long-time career as investment director of the Adris group.

According to Bloomberg, Mr. Davor TOMASKOVIC served as the President of Management Board and Chief Executive Officer at Hrvatski Telekom d.d. since January 01, 2014 until late October 2018. Previously he hold for a decade several management positions within Hrvatski Telekom. Mr. TOMASKOVIC holds an Electrical Engineer Degree from the University of Zagreb in 1994 and Master in Business Administration Degree from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, graduating summa cum laude in 1997.
