The awards - The Golden Shield Awards 2022 recognized the 'Bravehearts' of Insurance industry who have made a significant contribution to the industry and demonstrated innovative and visionary leadership. Industry veterans Mohammad Mazhar Hamadeh, General Manager - Al Ain Insurance Co. and Jason Light, CEO - Emirates Insurance Company were bestowed with the LifeTime Achievement Award in Management and Leadership respectively. Talal Bayaa, CO - Founder & CEO - Bayzat was honored with the InsureTek Young Leader of the Year - Technology award; Zahir Sharif, CEO - Now Health International was bestowed with the InsureTek - Excellence in Professional Services award and Mohamed Seghir, CEO AXA Green Crescent was presented with the InsureTek Young Leader of the Year - Insurance award.
