Ernest Bejda appointed to the Management Board of PZU SA

The PZU SA Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to appoint Ernest Bejda to the Management Board of the company.

Ernest Bejda is a lawyer, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin. In the years 1997-1999 he completed a prosecutor's apprenticeship in Warsaw, which he completed with a passing prosecutor's exam, and in the years 2000-2004 - a lawyer's apprenticeship. After passing the bar exam, he ran his own practice as a lawyer. In 2000-2002 he worked at the General Customs Inspectorate in Warsaw. In 2006-2009 he was the deputy head of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, and in 2016-2020 - the head of the CBA.

At the same time, the PZU SA Supervisory Board revoked the resolution of 13 March this year on the appointment to the PZU SA Management Board, with effect from 1 June, Malgorzata Kot. The reason was the withdrawal by Malgorzata Kot of permission to sit on the Management Board.
