Investment holding Sakartvelos Capital (Georgia's Capital) has merged three largest insurance companies - Aldagi, Imedi L and Ardi are already managed by one company, Business Georgia writes.

Currently, the property and accident insurance business of these companies operates under the name Aldagi, while the health insurance business - under the brands Imedi L and Ardi.

It is noted that the investment holding acquired a portfolio of insurance contracts worth GEL 87 million (~EUR 29.29 million) and the Ardi brand four months ago.
