Croatian largest insurer CROATIA Osiguranje (CO) announced on the website of Zagreb Stock Exchange (Zagrebacka burza d.d.) that the Governing Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) adopted a decision granting authorisation to Roberto Skopac and Hrvoje Patajac to perform the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

"We inform the investment public that the Governing Board of the Croatian Financial Services Agency (HANFA) at its session held on 17 February 2022 adopted a decision granting authorization to Roberto Skopac (...), and authorization to Hrvoje Patajac (...), to perform the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the company Croatia osiguranje d.d. (...), for a term of 4 years, starting from 24 April 2022 until 24 April 2026".

The General Assembly of CO adopted 18 January 2022 the decision on the election of SKOPAC and PATAJAC as members of its SB Supervisory Board.
