Insurance companies paid brokers HUF 1.46 billion in commissions on life insurance policies last year. Of this total, 29% came from the insurance company AXA, 23% came from CIG and 13% came from Generali, Turczi said.
Insurance brokers received HUF 12.8 billion in commission in the non-life segment in 2011. One-quarter of the total came from Allianz, 23% from Generali, and 11% from Uniqa.
