To introduce the digitalization topic in a comprehensive view Chris HALLIDAY, WILLIS Towers Watson (UK) and Tadej COROLI, Zavarovalnica TRIGLAV (Slovenia) will talk about which are the current factors identified as industry disruptors and what is to expect in the near future from their evolution, taking a closer look to digitalization and its impact in the insurance business and consumers. Alberto MACIAN, Assicurazioni GENERALI (Italy) will address the same issues from the perspective of a major player in the European insurance landscape, also looking closer to the trends developed in the CEE region.
As far as the actual digital technologies are concerned, the most relevant novelties will be delivered by Dominik LORENZ, NTT DATA (Germany), Dante CAFARELLI, IBM Italia and Clelio RUSCITTI, OCTO Telematics (Italy).
