Florin commenced his career in 1993, in the insurance realm as a Reinsurance Specialist at ARDAF SA in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. His four-year tenure laid the foundation for a career characterized by expertise and passion.

He then moved on to Allianz-Tiriac Asigurari, where he served as a Reinsurance Manager for an impressive almost 17 years period. Florin's significant contributions during this period contributed to the growth and success of the company.

Afterwards, he took on the role of Reinsurance Manager at ASIROM - Vienna Insurance Group in Bucharest, Romania, for a year and further enriched his career at BALKAN INSURANCE BROKERS in Bucharest, Romania, where he served as a Reinsurance Manager for a little less than 3. His strategic acumen and managerial skills were instrumental in shaping the company's reinsurance landscape.
