Simonas Lisauskas also began working as the Chairman of the Board of Lietuvos Draudimas. In the positions of Chairman of the Board and CEO of Lietuvos Draudimas, he replaced long-time manager Kęstutis Šerpytis, who became an advisor to the CEO of Lietuvos Draudimas starting December 8.
Simonas Lisauskas has been working at the company since 2011. For the past seven years, he has been the Director of the Company's Business Clients Department and a member of the company's Board.
Lietuvos Draudimas is a non-life insurance company in the Baltic States. It belongs to one of the largest insurance groups in CEE, PZU SA, which owns 100% of Lietuvos Draudimas' shares, the source added.
