Donaris VIG, part of Vienna Insurance Group (VIG), continues to strengthen its strategic partnership with maib, the largest bank in Moldova, by expanding the range of insurance services, the insurer said.

As part of this cooperation, Donaris VIG implemented several progressive improvements aimed at simplifying maib clients’ access to insurance products. The first step was automation of home insurance, which ensured effective coverage, significantly reducing the administrative burden and making the product more accessible and understandable.

Then Donaris VIG integrated insurance solutions into the maib online ecosystem, allowing clients to purchase MTPL and travel health insurance policies directly through the bank’s app, increasing convenience and accessibility.

The next important stage of cooperation is the development of credit protection insurance (CPI), which helps clients cope with unforeseen situations and protects them in case of financial difficulties.
