MUNICH Re: Proposals for election to the Supervisory Board

Nikolaus von Bomhard (62) was nominated for election to the MUNICH RE's Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting, on 30 April 2019, and also recommended to succeed Bernd Pischetsrieder as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board also nominated Karl-Heinz Streibich (65) for first-time election to the Supervisory Board. The following are being proposed for re-election: Ann-Kristin Achleitner (53), Kurt Wilhelm Bock (60), Clement B. Booth (64), Benita Ferrero-Waldner (70), Ursula Gather (66), Gerd Hausler (67), Renata Jungo Brungger (57) and Maximilian Zimmerer (60).

Bernd Pischetsrieder (71) and Henning Kagermann (71), who are not standing for re-election, will leave the Supervisory Board of Munich Re at the end of the Annual General Meeting 2019.
