UNIQA Group announced two changes to the management team, starting November 2023: Cristina Anculescu, previously Member of the UNIQA Asigurari de Viata Board, was appointed Head of Talent & Development for the Group, while Remus LAPUSAN returns to the Board of Directors of UNIQA Asigurari de Viata.
- Remus LAPUSAN was approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority as Member of the Board of UNIQA Asigurari de Viata. From June 2019 until now, he has been a Member of the Supervisory Board for UNIQA in Romania, having extensive professional experience in the insurance industry and in company management.
- Cristina Anculescu, who previously held the position of Member of the UNIQA Asigurari de Viata Board, accepted a new challenge, being promoted to the role of Head of Talent & Development, from which she will coordinate, at the level of the entire UNIQA Group, initiatives related to talent management, performance and career development management, succession planning, as well as sustainable employee development for all countries where UNIQA has operations.
Remus LAPUSAN joined UNIQA in 1999, following a professional path of over 20 years, with significant achievements, which contributed to the continuous growth of the company. His professional experience at UNIQA includes 12 years of activity in the sales area, of which 8 years were dedicated to the development of the branch in Cluj, which he coordinated until 2011. Later, he took over the positions of Member of the UNIQA Board and CEO of UNIQA Asigurari de Viata, a company whose results have consistently had a significant impact on UNIQA's performance in Romania. From June 2019 until now, Remus Lapusan has been a Member of the Supervisory Board for UNIQA in Romania.

Cristina ANCULESCU joined the UNIQA team in December 2014, as Human Resources Director, coordinating a large organizational transformation project, as well as numerous initiatives that supported the company's strategic objectives. She is a graduate of International Economic Relations at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, a Master's in International Business Management and an Executive Leadership program at Harvard Business School - Boston.
