According to the company's press release, Konstantin KLIEN, since 1 January 2002 Chairman of the Management Board of UNIQA Versicherungen AG, will leave the company on 30 June 2011, as already announced. Also, Karl UNGER (born 1953), since 1 January 2002 Board Member of UNIQA Versicherungen AG, will leave the Management Board on the same date.

With the reorientation of the UNIQA Group, the responsibilities of the Management Board of UNIQA Versicherungen AG, will be redistributed starting July, 1st, 2011, as follows:

• Hannes BOGNER - CFO 
• Wolfgang KINDL - CEO, UNIQA International 
• Hartwig LOGER - CEO, UNIQA Austria 
• Kurt SVOBODA - CRO 
• Gottfried WANITSCHEK - Key Accounts, Investments and Real Estate
  

Also, in case of Austrian UNIQA companies, the number of all Board members will be reduced from eight to five. Also, UNIQA Personenversicherung AG, UNIQA Sachversicherung AG, FinanceLife Lebensversicherung AG and CALL DIRECT Versicherung AG will be managed by a unified Management Board. Hartwig LOGER,will be the CEO. Further board members will include Werner HOLZHAUSER (Sales Management), Peter Eichler (Personal Insurance Management), Robert WASNER (Property Insurance Management) and Silvia HARFMANN (Process Management).

The model of Salzburg Landes-Versicherung as successful regional provider will remain unaffected by the structural reorientation. Also, according to the press release, Klaus PEKAREK will continue to bear the overall responsibility, as CEO, of RAIFFEISEN Versicherung AG.

In case of UNIQA International, this company will be transformed from a private limited company into a public limited company. Wolfgang KINDL, as CEO, will take the overall responsibility for the Management Board. In addition, the Management Board will have the following members: Hans-Christian SCHWARZ (CEO of UNIQA Poland), Zoran VISNJIC (previously CEO of UNIQA Serbia), Peter LACKNER (previously member of the Management Board of UNIQA Sachversicherung AG) and Johannes PORAK (previously Bank Sales International).
