The President of the Management Board of GENERALI Polska companies Andrea SIMONCELLI was recognized by Gazeta Bankowa as the Insurance Manager of the Year. This title was awarded by the Competition Jury for successful acquisitions and consolidation of the insurance market in Poland, as the Italian insurer informed in a statement.

I treat this distinction as an award for the entire team - employees of all Generali companies in Poland. Owing their commitment and passion and above all teamwork we were able to achieve record results last year. We have improved products and processes which, as we observe in the NPS survey, has increased the number of satisfied customers and dramatically reduced the number of dissatisfied customers, and thus the number of complaints. At the same time, the hard work of our fantastic team allowed us to combine the life companies of CONCORDIA and GENERALI in a short time and demutualize Concordia TUW. The title of the Insurance Manager of the Year was awarded for the eighth time. The selection takes into account criteria such as efficiency in management, achieving above-average results, ethics and applying the principles of healthy competition, sensitivity to social needs, supporting local initiatives or applying the principles of sustainable business.
