POLAND: ERGO Hestia celebrated its 30th anniversary maintaining high profitability and technical result

Ergo Hestia, one of the largest insurers in the Polish insurance market, had its 30th anniversary in 2021 and a record result - the insurer achieved a very good net financial result (PLN 373 million), maintaining high profitability and technical result (PLN 434 million).

The company's solvency ratio exceeded 200%. Ergo Hestia collected in 2021 PLN 7.4 billion of GWP, which is 14% more y-o-y. Grzegorz Szatkowski, Vice president of Ergo Hestia, commented on 2021 results: "Ergo Hestia's strength is visible in all areas of our business: high sales, effective risk management, production development, as well as exceptional IT solutions", he said.
