The latest report of the Financial Ombudsman for 2022 confirmed Warta's position as a leader in the quality of customer service in the property and motor insurance segments. The company has maintained this position for the fifth year in a row, Gazeta Ubezpieczeniowa wrote.

In the report for 2022, Warta once again ranked first with 62%. The insurer also took the highest position in the motor insurance segment with 57%. Warta was number one in terms of the quality of customer service in property insurance and motor insurance in the reports for 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.

"These results make us very happy, because they directly speak of satisfaction of our customers", said Rafal Stankiewicz, Vice-President of the Management Board of Warta, responsible for claims settlement and operations.

Warta Insurance and Reinsurance Company maintains a steady position as the second largest insurer on the market.
