As Gazeta Ubezpieczeniowa (Insurance Gazette) reports, according to Warta's estimates, premium dynamics in corporate insurance in the first half of the year was at 111%. The insurer points out that this means stable growth.

In the opinion of the company's experts, the result recorded at the end of June 2024 is a continuation of the development dynamics from the previous year.

In corporate motor insurance, the half-year premium dynamics amounted to 104%. According to Warta experts, the last quarters show that after high dynamics recorded from 2021 to the second quarter of 2023, the dynamics in this segment has stabilized at 104%.

In fire and property insurance the dynamics was at the level of 120%. Warta notes that in this segment there is significant variability of the dynamics on a quarterly basis due to irregular individual large multi-year contracts and large infrastructure investments.

Liability insurance is recording stable growth. In the first half of 2024, the premium dynamics in the segment amounted to 114%. According to Warta, over the last two years, the quarterly dynamics here has remained at a similar level.

In marine insurance the dynamics was at the level of 148%, although it was very diverse on a quarterly basis (213% in Q1, 86% in Q2).

Aviation insurance recorded a result of 100%, although in Q2 it amounted to only 91%. Warta indicates that over the past two years, this segment has seen a systematic increase in premiums.

Warta was established in 1920 as the first Polish insurance company with a reinsurance profile. The company is part of the Talanx Group, one of the largest insurers in Europe. Currently, Warta is one of the largest companies in Poland, a market leader in key aspects that are important to customers, such as professional sales, modern products, exceptional service, or practical use of new technologies.
