Polish insurer PZU - Powszechny Zaklad Ubezpieczen Spolka Akcyjna announced that on 16 December 2022 the PZU Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to appoint Beata Kozlowska-Chyla to the PZU Management Board for the new term of office and entrusted her with discharging the function of CEO of PZU .

Moreover, the Company's Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to appoint the following persons to the PZU Management Board for its new term of office:

Ernest Bejda, Malgorzata Kot, Krzysztof Kozlowski, Tomasz Kulik, Piotr Nowak, Maciej Rapkiewicz and Malgorzata Sadurska. These appointments take place with effect as of 1 January 2023 for a joint term of office spanning the three full financial years from 2023 to 2025.
