Thus, the Management Board of PZU reports here that on 7 June 2021, "Mr. Maciej Lopinski tendered his resignation from serving in the capacity of the PZU SA Supervisory Board Chairman and from his membership in the PZU SA Supervisory Board, effective as of the date of the resignation. The tendered resignation does not give any reasons".
At the same time, "on 7 June 2021 at 5:02 p.m. the Company received the resignation submitted by Mr. Marcin Eckert from serving in the capacity of a Management Board Member of PZU SA, effective as of the time of its submission to the Company", as PZU informed here.
