On July 31, 2020, Capitolina TOURBINA is leaving the position of Director of the Representative office of Gen Re in Moscow, one of largest international reinsurers. From August 1^st, 2020, the office will be headed by Vladimir IGNASHIN, the insurance news agency reports.

Capitolina TOURBINA noted that she has been the Director of the Representative office since April 1997 and her resignation from this position is planned. The main further activity - professor of the Department of risk management and insurance at MGIMO (Moscow State Institute of International Relations).

Vladimir IGNASHIN has been with Gen Re since 1994. At the moment he is responsible for customer service in life insurance.

Gen Re is one of the largest international reinsurers. The company has the highest international credit ratings: A.M.Best A++ (Superior), Moody's Financial Strength Aa1, Standard & Poors AA+. Gen Re representative office in Russia was opened in 1991.
