RUSSIA: SBERBANK Insurance became a laureate of the XI annual award "Consumer Rights and Quality of Service"

SBERBANK Insurance became a laureate of the XI annual award "Consumer rights and quality of service" as it has been nominated in the category "For the high quality of services provided in property insurance", the insurer said in its press release.

The expert council of the award highly appreciated the insurer's achievements in insurance of property of individuals. The company has been leading in this segment since 2018 (market share 22.5%). In 2019 SBERBANK Insurance launched a mobile application that allows customers to independently upload claims for insured events, necessary documents, and photos of the damaged property. This helps to make claim settlement process simple, straightforward and expedite for clients to receive payments.

The "Consumer rights and quality of service" award is held in cooperation with the Association of Internet Trade Companies, the Association of Retail Companies, the Russian Association of Retail Market Experts, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, BusinessDrom and ROMIR research holding.
