On October 1, SBERBANK Insurance launched sales of own e-MTPL policies, ASN reports. The company appeared in the list of MTPL insurers.

Earlier it was announced that SBERBANK Insurance would start selling MTPL in October and the company also announced its intention to become one of the leaders in this segment.

It is noted that in recent years, the company's entry into the MTPL market had been discussed for quite a long time, but fears arose that the Sberbank brand could attract too many customers, including those from unprofitable segments.
