Richard (Dickie) Norman has been named as Senior Broker within Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions Global ReSpecialty Property Team, effective January 1, 2026.

According to the press release of Aon, a leading global professional services firm, in this new role, Norman will drive Aon’s Risk Capital capabilities to help clients gain expertise on solutions across both Commercial Risk and Reinsurance, and to navigate volatility in the property reinsurance sector.
