SERBIA: UNIQA, the fourth in the market of life and non-Life insurance

UNIQA insurance company in Serbia took the fourth position in the market of life and non-life insurance. UNIQA Life Insurance was in 2011. year recorded a 8.04 percent market share, a growth of 0.54 percent was provided by the company to jump in safe fourth place. Life insurance premiums grew by 14.52 percent over the previous year and amounted to 803 million dinars.

Also, UNIQA non-life insurance during the previous year, with growth of 0.51 percent climbed to fourth place with 6.38 percent of market share. Non-life insurance premiums in 2011. year increased by 9.11 percent compared to the 2010th year and amounted to 3.019 billion dinars.

This success is a part of the exceptional business results that UNIQA has recorded in 2011. In addition to the fourth position in the field of life and life insurance, there has been overall growth and market share by 0.53 percent compared to the 2010th year and it is currently at 6,67 percent.

In addition, we are proud that, entering into all kinds of insurance premiums amounting to 3.822 billion dinars, grew by 10.2 percent over the previous year. The results achieved in 2011. year confirm that our business strategy that offers diversified products and sales channels, and commitment to our clients needs, is what distinguishes us and makes us distinctive." said Franz Weiler, CEO of UNIQA insurance in Serbia.

Previous year, the company marked the official start of voluntary health insurance - MedUNIQA, which will allow users to treat the best private and government health institutions, with maximum efficiency and comfort. By implementing this system of voluntary health insurance UNIQA pretends to be a leader on this market, as well.
