The CIS market* ended FY2022 with a 9.9% y-o-y growth in euros, reaching EUR 29.15 billion, according to xprimm statistics.

Among the markets for which data are available for comparison, the most significant GWP increase for the year was demonstrated by Kyrgyzstan (+79%), while the market of Belarus grew the least, and Ukraine recorded a drop of more than 35%, which is quite understandable due to the current situation in the country associated with the military invasion.

Total regional paid claims increased by 22%. The most impressive growth of paid claims was observed in Uzbekistan - almost 115%.
