On the non-life segment, the value of GWP fell by 3.77% to HRK 1.72 billion, while the life insurers reported GWP of HRK 820.28 million, 24.12% y-o-y.
CROATIA Osiguranje was the market leader on the life segment (GWP of HRK 210.74 million, 25.69% market share), followed by ALLIANZ Zagreb (21.65%), and UNIQA Osiguranje (11.29%).
CROATIA Osiguranje also led the non-life ranking, accounting for almost 40% of the market share, being followed by ALLIANZ Zagreb (12.36%) and EUROHERC Osiguranje (10.80%).
According to the reported statistics, at the end of March 2015, 25 insurers were activating on the market.
