TRIGLAV awarded for its outstanding communication skills and training system
triglavZavarovalnica TRIGLAV won for the fourth consecutive year the The TOP 10 - Training Management award granted every year by Planet GV and the Sofos Institute of Training Management to to ten Slovene companies and organisations which systematically invest in their employees' knowledge, skills and training.

Besides having a well-developed and integrated training system in the parent company, it continually focuses on transferring knowledge and good practices to all subsidiary insurers within the Triglav Group. "The Triglav Group is aware that despite the difficult economicsituation and recession, we must continue creating favourable conditions forthe transfer and sharing of knowledge and skills. This award confirms the fact that investment in knowledge is the rightway forward and a strategic asset for the future", stated Marica MAKOTER, Management Board member and employeer epresentative, at the award ceremony.

Two other awards emphasized the company's communication skills. Thus, for the third time in a row, Obzornik - the magazine edited by the company on behalf of its employees and clients -, was selected by the Internal Communication Section at the Public Relations Society of Slovenia as the best in-house printed medium in Slovenia, making Zavarovalnica Triglav the most awarded company in the history of the Papirus award.

Winning the Netko award, the Slovene web Oscar, granted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia for best corporate or public administration website meant for the TRIGLAV Group another valuable recognition of its constant communication efforts.

According to the Selection Committee rationale, the TRIGLAV Group corporate website offers an extremely well structured set of information on the Company, optimised for all platforms, functioning as an excellent business background on top of the company's outstanding web presence. "This award confirms the fact that our decision to redesign the corporate website was the right one. We are now effectively able to use the set-up infrastructure in communication with all our stakeholders. At the same time, the website is being continuously developed and upgraded with modern tools in an effort to provide the most relevant information in the most efficient manner", commented Ursa MANCEK,deputy President of the Management Board, upon receiving the award.
