In Turkiye eleven insurance companies have appeared on the list of the top 100 taxpayers, paying a total of TRY 23.5 billion (USD 569 million) in taxes for 2024, according to data released by the Revenue Administration, Middle East Insurance Review writes.

Turkiye Sigorta ranked first among the eleven insurance entities, ranking 19th out of 100 with a tax assessment of TRY 3.9 billion. While the other ten insurance companies are Allianz Sigorta, Turkiye Hayat ve Emeklilik, Anadolu Sigorta, Garanti Emeklilik ve Hayat, AXA Sigorta, Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, Allianz Yasam ve Emeklilik, Turk Reasurans, Agesa Hayat ve Emeklilik and Ankara Sigorta, the source added.
