The Supervisory Board reappointed in mid-August Torsten Leue as Chairman of Talanx AG's Board of Management, and has extended his contract ahead of schedule until May 2028.

This applies both to its business performance and to the process of cultural change. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Torsten Leue for this outstanding work and is convinced that he and his team will continue this success in the years to come, to the benefit of all stakeholders", said Herbert K. Haas, Chairman of Talanx AG's Supervisory Board.
