The conference is organized by the Institute of Insurance Maribor between the 23rd and 24th of September in Maribor, Slovenia.
According to a new report on the future developments in the labor market in the European Union, three out of four employees in the EU are projected to be working in the services sector by 2020, such as insurance and banking. The insurance industry in Europe contributes almost 10 percent to the GDP and only 6 percent in Slovenia. Therefore, it represents an extremely powerful generator of economic development. Given this context, ICABI becomes a platform for debating the challenges and opportunities in the insurance market.
Thus, the conference provides an opportunity for the professionals activating in the insurance industry to meet and exchange ideas regarding the safety of property and persons, as well as financial investments of individuals and companies. Moreover, ICABI is dedicated to everyone who would like to find out more about the future delivery of insurance services in the framework of the new EU Directives.
