63% of all complaints were made due to delayed indemnity payments in MTPL, 24% were about voluntary insurance (MoD, life insurance, health insurance, insurance against accidents and property insurance), 8% contained no complaints, but feedback or thanks for provided insurance services, 5% were about clarification of legislation standards or terms of insurance contracts.
Based on the results of consideration of complaints against insurers, total amount of insurance claims paid exceeded UAH 97 million (~EUR 3 million).
